ORDINANCE NO. 2026-41 <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND APPENDIX A OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA (2006) TO INCREASE CITY CEMETERY FEES <br />AND CHARGES. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That the city cemetery fees and charges authorized under Section 9-3 of the <br />Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia (2006) and set out in Appendix A thereof are <br />amended and reordained as set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br />2. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held <br />on May 12, 2026. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
