7. The City Manager and his designees are authorized to make such additional <br />administrative changes to the Zoning Ordinance as are necessary to (1) conform citations <br />and references in other sections of the Zoning Ordinance to these and prior amendments, <br />(2) add appropriate hyperlinks, and (3) make spelling, punctuation, and grammar changes <br />that are necessary to correct scrivener's errors in the Zoning Ordinance. <br />
