Behavioral Healthcare Fund increased by $315,000 <br />c. Social Services Fund increased by $405,000 <br />d. Stormwater Management Fund increased by $87,000 <br />e. Grants Fund budget increased by $82,000 <br />f. Public Utilities Fund budget increased by $325,000 <br />g. Golf Fund budget increased by $38,000 <br />h. Waste Management Fund budget increased by $125,000 <br />i. Portsmouth Parking Authority Fund budget increased by $47,000 <br />j. City Garage Fund budget increased by $64,000 <br />k. Information Technology Fund budget increased by $122,000 <br />1. Risk Management Fund budget increased by $6,700 <br />9.
