(iii) Roof material samples and documentation of warranty terms, <br />consistent with the design guidelines stated in the approved Use <br />Permit conditions. <br />(q) These conditions shall run with the land and apply to any subsequent owner, <br />developer, or builder. No building permit shall be issued unless the City <br />confirms compliance with these standards. <br />7.
