The work outlined herein will move the project forward to allow for <br />completion of 35% design, final pricing, and preliminary underwriting. <br />The proposed work is in accordance with the scope outlined as Design Option A, in our <br />Unsolicited PPEA Submission dated June 27, 2025. This proposal has been updated based on <br />changes to the project scope discussed during the meeting held on Friday, April 17, 2026.
