Together with that certain tract, piece or Parcel of land, situate, lying
<br />and being in the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, and being the western
<br />139.07' of the parcel designated as "Now or Formerly Portsmouth City
<br />School Board (D.B. 1260, Pg. 501)" as shown on plat recorded in Map
<br />Book 18, at Pages 95 and 96.
<br />LESS AND EXCEPT those certain tracts, pieces or parcels of land,
<br />situate, lying, and being in the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, described
<br />as follows:
<br />(i) A 60' x 100' parcel fronting 60 feet on Greenwood Drive (formerly
<br />Langley Boulevard), being a part of the property conveyed from
<br />Foundation Boys Academy, Inc., a Virginia corporation, to The
<br />County School Board of Norfolk County, Virginia, by Deed dated
<br />April 4, 1958, recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of
<br />the City of Chesapeake (formerly Norfolk County), Virginia, in Deed
<br />Book 1260, at Page 501;
<br />(ii) The property conveyed from Foundation Boys Academy, Inc., a
<br />Virginia corporation, to the City of Portsmouth, a municipal
<br />corporation of the Commonwealth of Virginia, by Deed dated October
<br />24, 1962, recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the
<br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia in Deed Book 393, at Page 155;
<br />(iii) The property conveyed from Foundation Boys Academy, Inc., a
<br />Virginia corporation, to the City of Portsmouth, a municipal
<br />corporation of the Commonwealth of Virginia, by Deed dated April 8,
<br />1975, recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the City of
<br />Portsmouth, Virginia in Deed Book 662, at Page 38.

<br />All those certain lots, pieces or parcels of land, with the buildings and
<br />improvements thereon, lying, situate and being in the City of
<br />Portsmouth, Virginia, and being known, numbered and designated as
<br />"Parcel 3, 13,852 square feet or 0.318 acres" and "Parcel 4, 9,319 feet
<br />or 0.214 acres", as shown on that certain plat entitled "Plat Showing
<br />Property Exchange Between the City of Portsmouth and Portsmouth
<br />Venture One, L.L.C. Portsmouth, Virginia" dated May 25, 2006,
<br />prepared by LandMark Design Group recorded in the Clerk's Office of
<br />the Circuit Court of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia in Map Book 21,
<br />at Page 29.
