13.4. Force Majeure: Franchisee shall not be held in default under, or in <br />noncompliance with, the provisions of the Franchise, nor suffer any enforcement or penalty <br />relating to noncompliance or default, where such noncompliance or alleged defaults occurred or <br />were caused by a Force Majeure. <br />13.5. Notices: Unless otherwise expressly stated herein, notices required under <br />the Franchise shall be mailed first class, postage prepaid, to the addressees below. Entire Agreement: This Franchise and the Exhibits hereto constitute the <br />entire agreement between Franchisee and the LFA, and it supersedes all prior or <br />contemporaneous agreements, representations or understanding (whether written or oral) of the <br />parties regarding the subject matter hereof. Any ordinances or parts of ordinances that conflict <br />with the provisions of this Agreement are superseded by this Agreement. <br />
