(3) Excavation within the Abex Superfund Site Operable Unit 1 (01-11) Area in a manner inconsistent with <br />the requirements or prohibitions contained in section 11.1-64. <br />Sec. 11.1-66. Additional remedies for violations. <br />The city engineer may issue a stop work order to and/or revoke the environmental compliance excavation <br />permit issued to any person who engages in an activity in violation of this article. <br />Sec. 11.1-67. Violations deemed public nuisance. <br />Each act or omission described in section 11.1-65 shall constitute a public nuisance. <br />Sec. 11.1-68. Forfeiture of bond for violations. <br />A permittee who violates a term or condition of an environmental compliance permit issued under this <br />section shall be subject to forfeiture of any bond required under section 11.1-5(f) and payment of all costs incurred <br />by the city in abatement of the nuisance created thereby, including handling, analysis, treatment, storage and/or <br />disposal of any excavated materials, as well as security and administrative costs. <br />Sec. 11.1-69.
