property filed with the BZA, such filing shall stay or limit all subsequent <br />proceedings until the BZA has ruled on the appeal. <br />(E) Effect of Revocation; Discontinuation of Use. <br />(1) Eating and Drinking Establishments. <br />No person may continue to make use of land or buildings for the operation of <br />an Eating and Drinking Establishment after a zoning permit authorizing the <br />use has been revoked, and no application for a new zoning permit for an <br />Eating and Drinking Establishment operating on the same property shall be <br />considered for six months from the date of revocation. <br />(2) All Other Uses. <br />No person may continue to make use of land or buildings in the manner that <br />was authorized by a zoning permit after such permit has been revoked unless <br />it is determined by the zoning administrator that the use and site are in <br />compliance with the zoning ordinance and all other applicable laws and a new <br />zoning permit has been issued. <br />(F) Effect of ABC License Revocation on Zoning Authorization. <br />The suspension, revocation, non -renewal or voluntary surrender of an ABC license <br />for an establishment shall automatically trigger review of the establishment's use <br />permit, special exception, or zoning permit, as applicable, by the zoning <br />administrator, and shall constitute grounds for the zoning administrator to revoke <br />the zoning permit in accordance with the provisions of this section, or for city <br />council or BZA to revoke the use permit or special exception, as applicable. <br />Sec. 40.2-556. Remedies Cumulative; Emergency Enforcement. <br />6. The City Manager and his designees are authorized to make such additional <br />administrative changes to the Zoning Ordinance as are necessary to (1) conform citations <br />and references in other sections of the Zoning Ordinance to these and prior amendments, <br />(2) add appropriate hyperlinks, and (3) make spelling, punctuation, and grammar changes <br />that are necessary to correct scrivener's errors in the Zoning Ordinance. <br />
