relating to the operation of the event space/banquet hall shall <br />include copies of the following: <br />(aa) The use permit and any amendments; <br />(bb) Any ABC license; <br />(cc) Any occupancy permit[s]; <br />(dd) Certification of all persons who work on the premises as a <br />security guard; <br />(ee) All fire code certifications, including alarm and sprinkler <br />inspection records; <br />(ff) Any health department permit[s]; <br />(gg) The emergency action plan required under the Fire <br />Prevention Code; <br />(hh) The names, addresses, and phone numbers of all persons <br />who manage or supervise the event spacelbanquet hall at <br />any time; and <br />(ii) The event space/banquet hall's security plan. <br />(b) The attached roof sign at the north side of the building shall be removed. <br />If replaced, new signage shall comply with all standards of the Zoning <br />Ordinance. <br />(c) Notwithstanding Section 40.2-217(G)(5)(b)(v) of the Zoning Ordinance, <br />hours of operation for the event space/banquet hall use shall be limited to <br />between 8:00 AM and 2:00 AM seven (7) days a week. <br />(d) Notwithstanding Section 40.2-217(G)(5)(b)(xvi) of the Zoning Ordinance, <br />if no ABC license is obtained for the regular service or sale of alcoholic <br />beverages at the event space/banquet hall and the owner or operator <br />instead requires those who contract to hold events to obtain their own <br />temporary ABC licenses, then condition (a)(xvi) shall not apply. Provided <br />however, that the operator of the event space/banquet hall shall ensure that <br />all holders of the temporary ABC licenses strictly comply with all terms <br />and conditions of the temporary licenses that are related to the sale or <br />service of alcoholic beverages, or any other conduct, on the premises. <br />Without limitation, failure to comply with this condition shall constitute <br />grounds for City Council to revoke this use permit. <br />(e) Notwithstanding Section 40.2-217(G)(5)(b)(xix) of the Zoning Ordinance, <br />no patrons or guests shall be charged a cover charge or fee for entry to the <br />event space/banquet hall by the owner or operator. <br />(f) All taxes/fees associated with the property shall be paid when due, as <br />determined by the City Treasurer. <br />
