Without
limitation, an establishment's use permit may be revoked
by city council for any violation of a general or specific
condition imposed by the Authority, including a condition
incorporated by reference or arising from any conditions,
requirements, or limitations imposed on any aspect of the
operation of the establishment by the Authority or by
Virginia law.
