That the use permit is approved subject to the following conditions which <br />shall be observed by the applicant and any successor in interest: <br />(a) The use -specific standard set forth in Section 40.2-217(G)(2)(d)(i) is <br />hereby waived. The proposed use shall be designed and operated in <br />accordance with the remaining use -specific standards for animal care uses <br />set forth in Zoning Ordinance Sec. 40.2-217(G)(2). <br />(b) Any outdoor runs or pens shall be located at least 10 feet from any lot line. <br />(c) Outdoor operations shall be limited to the hours of 7:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. <br />(d) The site shall be developed in compliance with all applicable codes, <br />ordinances, and regulations of federal, state and local government, and all <br />required licenses and permits shall be obtained prior to commencement of <br />operation and remain in effect during the operation of the proposed use. <br />(e) All taxes/fees associated with the property shall be paid when due, as <br />determined by the City Treasurer. <br />(f) Without limitation, this Use Permit is subject to Section 40.2-533(K) of <br />the Zoning Ordinance, which provides that this Use Permit may <br />
