4. Miscellaneous. Except as modified in this Amendment, the terms and conditions of <br />the Agreement shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect. The headings in this <br />Amendment are for the purposes of reference only and shall not limit or define the meaning of the <br />provisions of this Amendment. In the event of a conflict between the terms of the Agreement and <br />this Amendment, the terms of this Amendment shall govern. This Amendment may be executed <br />in counterparts, which when taken together shall constitute one complete document.
