UP -25-10 <br />901 Enterprise Way <br />(Tax Parcel 0024-1640) <br />PARCEL ONE: <br />ALL THAT certain lot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and <br />improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, known, numbered and designated as Disposition <br />Parcel 6F, as shown on a certain plat entitled "PLAT SHOWING <br />SURVEY OF DISPOSITION PARCELS 6E & 6F, NORTHSIDE <br />REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT, VA R-39, PORTSMOUTH, <br />VIRGINIA", dated April 27, 1981, prepared by Robert T. Addison & <br />Associates, Ltd., Surveying -Engineering, Portsmouth, Virginia, which <br />said plat is duly recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of <br />the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, in Map Book 11, at page 78. <br />PARCEL TWO: <br />ALL THAT certain piece, lot or parcel of land located in the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia and more particularly described as that parcel <br />shown and designated as Parcel 6H, on that certain plat entitled <br />"PLAT SHOWING RESUBDIVISION OF PARCELS 6C, 6G & 6F <br />AND SUBDIVISION OF PARCEL 6H, NORTHSIDE <br />REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT, VA R-39, PORTSMOUTH, <br />VIRGINIA", prepared by AML Surveying Mortgage and Land <br />Surveys, Portsmouth, Virginia, dated May 1, 1989 and last revised on <br />August 24, 1989, recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of <br />the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, in Map Book 15, at page 9. <br />IT BEING all that certain property conveyed to Mayfair Alps, LLC by <br />Special Warranty Deed from Mayfair Holdings, LLC dated July 1, <br />2021 and recorded in the Portsmouth Circuit Court Clerk's Office as <br />Instrument Number 202110447. <br />6.
