ORDINANCE NO. 2024-28 ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-24-01 BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: 1. That by Zoning Amendment Ordinance Z-20-06 adopted on December 8, 2020 the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance was amended and changed so as to show the property described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-24-01, as IN -K, Industrial (Conditional), and that said property was thereby zoned as IN -K, Industrial (Conditional). 2. That Zoning Amendment Ordinance Z-20-06 included certain proffers which were incorporated as conditions. 3. That the applicant for Zoning Amendment Ordinance Z-24-01 requests that the proffers incorporated into Zoning Amendment Ordinance Z-20-06 be amended and restated as provided herein. 4. That the property affected by this ordinance is furthermore described as follows: Z-24-01 0 Harbor Center Court (Tax Parcel 0003-0010) ALL THAT certain lot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon and the appurtenances thereunto belonging, lying, situate and being in the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, and designated as "NORTH PIER" on that certain plat entitled "PLAT SHOWING PROPERTY TO BE CONVEYED TO INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA", dated May 1, 2001, prepared by Earl M. Cheatham, L.S., Surveyor for the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, which said plat is recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia in Map Book 18, at Pages 182-183, to which reference is hereby made for a more particular description.
