City of Portsmouth, and that the City Manager is authorized to execute and deliver one or more <br />instruments as he may deem appropriate and necessary to cause such vacation and release; and <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute <br />and deliver such deeds or other documents as he may deem appropriate and necessary to <br />quitclaim or otherwise convey such other rights or property interests, if any, as the City may <br />have in the Vacated Area to the adjoining property owners. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held on <br />October 8, 2024. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
