<br />All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, with any buildings and improvements thereon, situate, lying and being
<br />in the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, and being more particularly bounded, described and known as Disposition
<br />Parcel 44 on that certain plat entitled, "Plat Showing Minor Subdivision of Disposition Parcel 44, Hattonsvilie
<br />Redevelopment Project, Portsmouth, Virginia, for Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Authority", prepared
<br />by AML Surveying, Mortgage & Land Surveyors, Portsmouth, Virginia. dated June 2. 1995, revised July 29, 1995,
<br />and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, simultaneously herewith.

<br />All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, with any buildings and improvements thereon, situate, lying and being
<br />in the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, and being more particularly bounded, described and known as Disposition
<br />Parcel 44A on that certain plat entitled, "Plat Showing Survey of Disposition Parcel 44A, Hattonsville
<br />Redevelopment Project, Portsmouth, Virginia, for Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Authority", prepared
<br />by AML Surveying. Mortgage & Land Surveyors, Portsmouth, Virginia, dated August 14, 1995, revised October
<br />17, 1995, attached as Exhibit A, and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia,
<br />simultaneously herewith.
<br />Lot 9:
<br />All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, with the appurtenances thereto belonging, situate, lying and being in
<br />the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, known, numbered and designated as Lot 9, as shown on the Plat of Hyman Ville
<br />which plat is recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the City of Chesapeake, Virginia, in Map
<br />Book 5, Page 63; save and except that certain parcel conveyed to William Cross by deed recorded in the Clerk's
<br />Office of the Circuit Court of the City of Chesapeake, Virginia, in Deed Book 1044, Page 378.
<br />LESS AND EXCEPT that portion of the property contained in the Deed of Bargain and Sale and Boundary Line
<br />Settlement recorded in Deed Book 1325. Page 133 and in Instrument No 050017282 and shown on the plat
<br />recorded in Map Book 18, Page 159.
