5. That a use permit is hereby granted pursuant to Section 40.2-533 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia to operate an event space/banquet hall in a suite having an address of 507 Williamsburg Avenue located within a larger parcel identified as 1629 High Street (Tax Parcel 0097-0010), the said property being more particularly described as: UP -24-08 507 Williamsburg Avenue (a portion of Tax Parcel 0097-0010) THAT CERTAIN suite designated as 507 Williamsburg Avenue and located within the following property: ALL THOSE certain lots, pieces or parcels of land in the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, known, numbered and designated as Lots Nine (9) through Twelve (12) and Lots Twenty -One (21) through Twenty - Three (23), and the north forty (40) feet of Lot Twenty -Four (24) in Block B on the plat of Goshen Farm, which plat is duly recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia in Map Book 1, at Page 81, said property being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the southeast intersection of High Street and Williamsburg Avenue (formerly known as Second Avenue) and thence easterly along the south side of High Street 120 feet; thence southerly and parallel with Williamsburg Avenue 217 feet to the north side of King Street; thence westerly along the north side of King Street 90 feet; thence northerly and parallel with Williamsburg Avenue 68.50 feet; thence west and parallel with King Street 30 feet to the east side of Williamsburg Avenue, thence north along the east side of Williamsburg Avenue 148.50 feet to the point of beginning. The improvements thereon being more commonly known as 1629 High Street, Portsmouth, Virginia 23704. IT BEING the same property conveyed to Thomas W. Dana III by Deed from Citibank, N.A., as Trustee for CMLTI Asset Trust dated August 18, 2016 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court for the City of Portsmouth, Virginia as Instrument Number 160009475. 6. That the use permit is approved subject to the following conditions which shall be observed by the applicant and any successor in interest:
