�= A rl IM"2023-17 ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z -22 -07 BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: 1. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance, which now zones as UR, Urban Residential the property described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z- 22 -07, is hereby amended and changed so as to show said property zoned as UR -M, Multi - Family Urban Residential, and that said property is hereby zoned as UR -M, Multi- Family Urban Residential. 2. That the property affected by this ordinance by being zoned from UR, Urban Residential to UR -M, Multi- Family Urban Residential is furthermore described as follows: Z -22 -07 2216 Waldron Avenue (Tax Parcel 0465 -0390) 2220 Waldron Avenue (Tax Parcel 0465 -0380) ALL THOSE certain pieces, parcels, sections or lots of land, together with the easements and appurtenances belonging thereto, situate in the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, and being known, numbered and designated as the Eastern 180.00 feet of Lot (Section) 2 and all of Lots (Sections) 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, in Block K, as shown on the map entitled "Plat of Garden Homes ", recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the City of Chesapeake, Virginia, in Map Book 21, at Pages 68 and 69, the Southwest corner of such property being a point on the North side of Waldron Avenue 60.00 feet East of Third Street (now called Raven Street) together with all the right, title and interest appertaining thereto in and to the platted lane designated as Waldron Avenue on the aforesaid plat, adjacent to and south of the said property. IT BEING Parcel Two of that certain property conveyed by Deed of Assumption between Greenbrier Woods Corporation and Portsmouth - Afton Square, LP dated November 7, 2002 and recorded in the Portsmouth Circuit Court Clerk's Office as Instrument Number 020035943. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption.
