I 2023 -53 <br />ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z -23 -03 <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City <br />of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance, which now zones as UR -M -K, Conditional Multi - <br />Family the property described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z- 23 -03, is <br />hereby amended and changed so as to show said property zoned as UR, Urban <br />Residential, and that said property is hereby zoned as UR, Urban Residential. <br />2. That the property affected by this ordinance by being zoned from UR -M- <br />K, Conditional Multi- Family to UR, Urban Residential is furthermore described as <br />follows: <br />Z -23 -03 <br />2020 Greenwood Drive <br />(Tax Parcel 0468 -0050) <br />ALL THOSE certain lots of land, situate in the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia and known, numbered and designated as Lots One (1) and <br />Three (3) in Block lettered "I" on the Plat of Garden Homes, duly <br />recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the City of <br />Chesapeake, Virginia in Map Book 21, Pages 68 and 69 (previously <br />erroneously referred to as Map Book 21, Page 211). <br />IT BEING all that certain property conveyed to Sheppard Quality <br />Homes, Inc. by Deed from Real Estate Investments, LLC dated <br />February 14, 2023 and recorded in the Portsmouth Circuit Court <br />Clerk's Office as Instrument 202301707. <br />3. That all existing proffers affecting the subject property are null, void, and <br />of no further force or effect. <br />4.
