(H) Industrial Uses. <br />(3) Warehouse and Freight Movement. <br />(a) Port Facilities. In addition to general requirements, multi- <br />family dwellings shall comply with the following standards: <br />(iv) Building Design. <br />d. The maximum length of any townhouse, three- to four - <br />family, or multi - family structure shall be 200 linear feet, <br />measured at the building foundation, regardless of number of <br />units. In no instance shall provision of a firewall between <br />differing building sections constitute two separate structures. <br />41. Subsection 40.2- 217(G)(7)(a)(1) of the City Code is amended as follows. <br />Sec. 40.2 -217. Use - Specific Standards. <br />(G) Use - Standards for Specific Commercial Uses. <br />(7) Vehicle Sales and Services, Light. <br />(a) Vehicle Sales. In addition to general requirements, vehicle sales shall <br />comply with the following standard: <br />(i) All newly established new and used vehicle sales uses shall be <br />prohibited from parking or displaying vehicles in the required <br />perimeter vehicular use area landscaping strip between the front <br />lot line and any vehicle use area. <br />42.
