5. That a use permit is hereby granted pursuant to Section 40.2 -533 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia to operate a shipping container storage yard at 3301 Mariner Avenue, 3300 West Norfolk Road, 3324 West Norfolk Road, and 3303 Broadway Street (Tax Map 0702, Parcels 0030, 0040, 0060, and 0170), the said property being more particularly described as: UP -23 -03 3301 Mariner Avenue (Tax Parcel 0702 -0170) PARCEL A All those certain lots, pieces, or parcels of land with the buildings and improvements thereon and the appurtenances thereunto belonging, lying, situate and being in the City of Portsmouth, State of Virginia, being known, numbered and designated as Lots 301, 303, 305, 307, 309 and 311 on that certain plat entitled "Plat of West Norfolk" made by Grimes & Hargrove, duly of record in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the City of Chesapeake, Virginia, in Deed Book 358, Page 304. PARCEL B All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, situate in the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, and being bounded and described as follows, to -wit: Beginning at a point on the north side of Adams Street one hundred (100) feet east of the northeast intersection of Adams Street and Mariner Avenue (formerly Fourth Avenue) and from thence running east along the north side of Adams Street thirty (30) feet; thence north, parallel with Mariner Avenue one hundred ten (110) feet to an alley; thence west along said alley thirty (30) feet; and thence south, parallel with Mariner Avenue one hundred (100) feet to the north side of Adams Street, the point of beginning, the said property being Lot Three Hundred Eleven (311) on Adams Street, on the "Map of West Norfolk according to Grimes and Hargrove's Survey ", duty recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the City of Chesapeake in Map Book 10, page 43.
