5. That a use permit is hereby granted pursuant to Section 40.2 -533 of the <br />Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia to operate a shipping container storage yard at <br />3301 Mariner Avenue, 3300 West Norfolk Road, 3324 West Norfolk Road, and 3303 <br />Broadway Street (Tax Map 0702, Parcels 0030, 0040, 0060, and 0170), the said property <br />being more particularly described as: <br />UP -23 -03 <br />3301 Mariner Avenue <br />(Tax Parcel 0702 -0170) <br />PARCEL A <br />All those certain lots, pieces, or parcels of land with the buildings <br />and improvements thereon and the appurtenances thereunto <br />belonging, lying, situate and being in the City of Portsmouth, State <br />of Virginia, being known, numbered and designated as Lots 301, <br />303, 305, 307, 309 and 311 on that certain plat entitled "Plat of <br />West Norfolk" made by Grimes & Hargrove, duly of record in the <br />Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the City of Chesapeake, <br />Virginia, in Deed Book 358, Page 304. <br />PARCEL B <br />All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, situate in the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, and being bounded and described as follows, <br />to -wit: <br />Beginning at a point on the north side of Adams Street one <br />hundred (100) feet east of the northeast intersection of Adams <br />Street and Mariner Avenue (formerly Fourth Avenue) and from <br />thence running east along the north side of Adams Street thirty <br />(30) feet; thence north, parallel with Mariner Avenue one hundred <br />ten (110) feet to an alley; thence west along said alley thirty (30) <br />feet; and thence south, parallel with Mariner Avenue one hundred <br />(100) feet to the north side of Adams Street, the point of beginning, <br />the said property being Lot Three Hundred Eleven (311) on Adams <br />Street, on the "Map of West Norfolk according to Grimes and <br />Hargrove's Survey ", duty recorded in the Clerk's Office of the <br />Circuit Court of the City of Chesapeake in Map Book 10, page 43. <br />PARCEL C <br />A twenty (20) foot portion or strip of an alley which is located on <br />the Eastern side of Mariner Avenue, formerly Fourth Avenue; and <br />running back between parallel lines, said lines being the <br />
