b 2f3 46 <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING WITH APPRECIATION A DONATION IN THE <br />AMOUNT OF $100 FROM JANET BLACHOWSKI, ATTORNEY AT LAW AND <br />APPROPRIATING SAID FUNDS TO THE FY 2023 SOCIAL SERVICES FUND <br />FOR USE BY THE DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES TO SUPPORT <br />NATIONAI. CHILD ABUSE AWARENESS MONTH ACTIVITIES. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />I . That it hereby accepts with appreciation a donation of $100 from Janet <br />Blachowski, Attorney at Law and appropriates said funds to the FY 2023 Social Services <br />Fund. <br />2. That the appropriation shall be used by the Department of Social Services <br />to support National Child Abuse Awareness Month activities. <br />3. That estimated revenues and expenditures in the FY 2023 Social Services <br />Fund Budget are increased by $100. <br />4. That this ordinance shall take effect on July 1, 2022. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on June 14, 2022. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
