a for each banquet license for a manufacturer of malt beverages, wine <br />or distilled spirits granted a banquet license by the Virginia ABC Board <br />pursuant to Subsection 4.1-215(A) of the Virginia Code. as said section <br />is amended, restated or moved from time to time, $20.00 per day, <br />b for banquet licenses for all others, $5.00 erday. <br />c. for each mixed beverage special events license, $10.00 per day. <br />d. for each mixed beverage club events license. $10.00 per day. <br />e. for each tasting license. $10.00 per day. <br />(14) For each retail annual event license, the license tax shall be: <br />a for each annual banquet license, $15.00. <br />b for each annual designated outdoor refreshment area license, $60.00. <br />c for each annual designated outdoor refreshment area license issued <br />pursuant to a local ordinance, $600.00. <br />d for each annual mixed beverage banquet license, $75.00. <br />e for each annual arts venue event license, $10.00. <br />(15) For each retail marketplace license the license tax shall be $200.00. <br />(16) For each retail wine and beer shipper's license the license tax shall be <br />10.00. <br />1L7LFor each fruit distiller's license, the license tax shall be $1,500.00. <br />(b) Every person engaged in dispensing mixed beverages shall be liable for <br />annual license taxes as follows: <br />(1) For each retail mixed beverage restaurant license for persons <br />operating restaurants, including restaurants located on premises of and <br />operated by hotels or motels, or other persons: <br />a. For each restaurant with a seating capacity at tables for up to 100 <br />persons, $200.00. <br />b. For each restaurant with a seating capacity at tables for more than <br />100 but not more than 150 persons, $350.00. <br />c. For each restaurant with a seating capacity at tables for more than <br />150 persons but not more than 500 persons, $500.00. <br />d For each restaurant with a seating capacity at tables for more than <br />500 persons, but not more than 1,000 persons, $650.00. <br />e. For each restaurant with a seating capacity at tables for more than <br />1,000 persons, $800.00. <br />(2) For each retail mixed beverage restaurant license for aA private, nonprofit <br />club operating a restaurant located on the premises of such club, $350.00. <br />(3) For retail mixed beverage restaurant licenses for restaurants located on the <br />premises of and operated by a casino gaming establishment, $800.00 plus <br />
