AD 01 Agf W--1--, <br />t 2022 -111 <br />ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z -22 -06 <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City <br />of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance, which now zones as IL, Light Industrial the property <br />described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z- 22 -06, is hereby amended and <br />changed so as to show said property zoned as IN, Industrial, and that said property is <br />hereby zoned as IN, Industrial. <br />2. That the property affected by this ordinance by being zoned from IL, Light <br />Industrial to IN, Industrial is furthermore described as follows: <br />Z -22 -06 <br />2325 Turnpike Road (Tax Parcel 0175 -0130) <br />Parcel One: ALL THOSE two certain lots, pieces or parcels of land <br />with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate in the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, and known, numbered and designated as <br />Lots Nos. One (1) and Two (2) on the plat of Barrett and Syer, <br />duly recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the City <br />of Chesapeake, Virginia, in Map Book 3, page 42, to which said <br />plat reference is hereby made for a more complete description of <br />the said property, the same fronting sixty (60) feet on the south <br />side of Turnpike Road. <br />Parcel Two: ALL THAT certain lot, piece or parcel of land, with <br />the buildings and improvements thereon, situate in the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia and known, numbered and designated as Lot <br />No. Three (3) on the plat of Barrett and Syer, duly recorded in the <br />Circuit Court of the City of Chesapeake, Virginia, in Map Book 3, <br />page 42, to which said plat reference is hereby made for a more <br />complete description of the said property, the same fronting Thirty <br />(30) feet on the south side of Turnpike Road, and known by the <br />present system of street numbering in the City of Portsmouth as <br />2325 Turnpike Road. <br />Less and except that certain portion conveyed in a Certificate of <br />Take by the Commonwealth of Virginia, recorded in the Clerk's <br />Office of the City of Portsmouth on February 26, 2001, in Deed <br />Book 1326 at Page 104. <br />IT BEING a portion of the property conveyed by Deed of Bargain <br />and Sale from Eilberg Family LLC to LBC Transportation LLC <br />dated February 10, 2022 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the <br />
