R -22 -15 <br />A RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT TITLE TO LINCOLN MEMORIAL CEMETERY. <br />WHEREAS, the owner of Lincoln Memorial Cemetery has offered to gift the <br />property to the City, including all future grave rights; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia that it hereby authorizes the City Manager to accept title to Lincoln <br />Memorial Cemetery located at 3901 Deep Creek Boulevard (Tax Parcels O467 -0010 and <br />001 1) and to execute all documents necessary to effectuate the conveyance. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on June 28, 2022. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
