be completed in compliance with Code of Virginia § 15.2 -2222 and that <br />certain Portsmouth Entertainment District Zoning Application/Traffic <br />Infrastructure Agreement by and between Economic Development <br />Authority of the City of Portsmouth and Portsmouth Gaming Holdings, <br />LLC dated as of September 15, 2020, as the same may be amended from <br />time to time by the parties. <br />(e) The full service hotel shall comply with the corresponding use - specific <br />standards in Section 40.2- 217(G)(9)(d) of the Portsmouth Zoning <br />Ordinance. <br />(f) All required operating approvals, permits and licenses for the use shall be <br />obtained and kept current, and the use shall be operated in accordance <br />with all federal, state and local laws and regulations. <br />(g) All taxes /fees associated with the property and /or the proposed use must <br />be paid when due, as determined by the City Treasurer. <br />7. EXPIRATION: In accordance with Section 40.2- 533(K)(2) of the <br />Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance, the period for expiration of this use permit in the event <br />the requirements of Section 40.2- 533(K) are not satisfied is hereby extended from the <br />standard two (2) years to six (6) years from the date of approval of this Use Permit by <br />City Council. <br />8. REVOCATION OF PERMIT: Violation of any of the conditions set <br />forth herein may serve as grounds for revocation of the use permit by City Council. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at an electronic <br />meeting held on June 8, 2021. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
