UP -19 -17 <br />1038 Crawford Parkway <br />(Tax Parcel 0036 -1200) <br />ALL THAT certain lot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings <br />and improvements thereon, known, numbered and designated as <br />1038 Crawford Parkway (formerly A Street), situate, lying and <br />being in that part of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia known as <br />Park View, and bounded as follows: Beginning on the North side <br />of Crawford Parkway (formerly A Street), 262 feet 6 inches West <br />from the Northwest intersection of Hatton Street and Crawford <br />Parkway (formerly A Street); thence running West on Crawford <br />Parkway (formerly A Street), 30 feet, thence North and parallel <br />with Hatton Street 110 feet; thence East and parallel with Crawford <br />Parkway (formerly A Street), 30 feet; thence South and parallel <br />with Hatton Street 110 feet to the point of beginning. <br />IT BEING all that certain property conveyed to Elaine F. Harris by <br />Deed of Gift from William D. Harris dated April 5, 2018 and <br />recorded in the Portsmouth Circuit Court Clerk's Office as <br />Instrument Number 180003588. <br />3. That the use permit is approved subject to the following conditions which <br />shall be observed by the applicant and any successor in interest: <br />(a) Without limitation, plans shall be submitted for review and approval by <br />the City Building Official prior to permit issuance and construction of the <br />development. <br />(b) The number of dwelling units on the property shall not exceed two (2) <br />units. <br />(c) All unsightly damage to the structure on the property that can be viewed <br />from the street shall be repaired in compliance with a Certificate of <br />Appropriateness obtained from the Historic Preservation Commission. <br />(d) The development shall be constructed, maintained and operated in <br />compliance with all applicable codes, ordinances and regulations of <br />federal, state and local government, including without limitation the <br />Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code. <br />(e) All taxes /fees associated with the property and/or the proposed use shall <br />be paid when due, as determined by the City Treasurer. <br />
