5. United States Coast Guard Approval_ HRT shall provide copies of the documents required under Section 7 of the Agreement to the City Attorney at 801 Crawford Street, Portsmouth, Virginia 23704. 6. Notices. Section 15 of the Agreement is amended and restated in its entirety as follows: "Any notice permitted or required to be given by one party to the other under the Agreement, as amended hereby, unless otherwise specified under the Agreement, shall be given in writing by hand delivery, Federal Express, or any other similar form of courier service or delivery service, or by mail in the United States mail, postage prepaid, certified, return receipt requested, and addresses as set forth below, or such other address as may hereafter be provided in writing by a party hereto to the other from time to time. Modification; Conflict. Except as expressly modified herein, the terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect. If there is any conflict between this Amendment and the Agreement, this Amendment shall control. 8. Counterpart Signatures. This Amendment may be executed in one or more counterparts and each such counterpart shall be deemed to be an original. All counterparts so executed shall constitute one instrument and shall be binding on all of the parties to this Amendment notwithstanding that all of the parties are not signatories to the same counterpart. Facsimile copies and photocopies of this Amendment signed by the parties shall be binding and enforceable as if the same were an executed original.
