aROMaU �.38" <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FISCAL YEAR 2021 OPERATING <br />BUDGET FOR THE PORTSMOUTH PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEM IN THE <br />AMOUNT OF $210,890,572 AND APPROPRIATING THE NECESSARY FUNDS <br />TO IMPLEMENT (1) THE GRANT FUND, FOOD SERVICES FUND, AND <br />TEXTBOOK FUND OF SAID BUDGET FOR THE ENTIRE FISCAL YEAR 2021 <br />AND (2) THE GENERAL FUND AND RISK MANAGEMENT FUND OF SAID <br />BUDGET FOR THE FIRST QUARTER OF FISCAL YEAR 2021. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. In order to provide funding for the first quarter of the Portsmouth Public <br />Schools' Fiscal Year 2021 General Fund and Risk Management Fund Operating Budget, <br />that the sum of $45,406,191 be, and the same hereby is, appropriated as follows to fund the <br />
