1w, L, vl� i �' I A' -I- - "I AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING $899,639 FROM COMPLETED PORTSMOUTH PUBLIC SCHOOL PROJECTS IN THE FY 2020 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND BUDGET TO ONGOING AND FUTURE PORTSMOUTH PUBLIC SCHOOL PROJECTS IN THE FY 2020 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND BUDGET. BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: 1. That it transfers the total sum of $899,639 from the following Projects in the FY 2020 Capital Improvement Fund Budget: Westhaven Elementary School Roof Replacement ($2,707); Brighton Elementary School Roof Replacement ($175,453); Woodrow Wilson High School Public Address System ($23,065); Mt. Hermon HVAC ($7,328); Mt. Hermon Roof Replacement ($35,495); Woodrow Wilson High School Roof Replacement (S 173,109); and James Hurst and Churchland Primary and Intermediate Classrooms ($482,482). 2. That of the total sum transferred it transfers $250,000 to the Churchland High School HVAC Replacement Project in the FY 2020 Capital Improvement Fund Budget. 3. That of the total sum transferred it transfers $649,639 to the Future School Improvements Project in the FY 2020 Capital Improvement Fund Budget. 4. That estimated revenues and expenditures in the Westhaven Elementary School Roof Replacement Project in the FY 2020 Capital Improvement Fund Budget are reduced by $2,707. 5. That estimated revenues and expenditures in the Brighton Elementary School Roof Replacement Project in the FY 2020 Capital Improvement Fund Budget are reduced by $175,453. 6. That estimated revenues and expenditures in the Woodrow Wilson High School Public Address System Project in the FY 2020 Capital Improvement Fund Budget are reduced by $23,065. 7. That estimated revenues and expenditures in Mt. Hermon HVAC Project in the FY 2020 Capital Improvement Fund Budget are reduced by $7,328. 8. That estimated revenues and expenditures in the Mt. Hermon Roof Replacement Project in the FY 2020 Capital Improvement Fund Budget are reduced by $35,495. 9. That estimated revenues and expenditures in the Woodrow Wilson High School Roof Replacement Project in the FY 2020 Capital Improvement Fund Budget are reduced by $173,109.
