NOW Y, ItSmow <br />ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z -20 -08 <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City <br />of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance, which now zones as D2 FBC, D2 Form -Based Code <br />the property described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z- 20 -08, is hereby <br />amended and changed so as to show said property zoned as, depending on the parcel, <br />GMU, General Mixed Use, NMU, Neighborhood Mixed Use, IL, Light Industrial, IL -K, <br />Light Industrial (Conditional), or UR, Urban Residential, and that each parcel of said <br />property is hereby rezoned as shown and described in Section 2 through Section 6 hereof. <br />2. That the property affected by this ordinance by being zoned from D2 FBC, <br />D2 Form -Based Code to GMU, General Mixed Use is described as all those parcels <br />shown as having the Proposed New Zoning of GMU on that certain map titled "D2 <br />Proposed Zoning & Innovation Overlay District/Portsmouth, Virginia" and attached <br />hereto as Exhibit A, including without limitation the parcels listed on the chart attached <br />as Exhibit B hereto as having the Proposed Zoning of GMU. <br />3. That the property affected by this ordinance by being zoned from D2 FBC, <br />D2 Form -Based Code to NMU, Neighborhood Mixed Use is described as all those <br />parcels shown as having the Proposed New Zoning of NMU on that certain map titled <br />"D2 Proposed Zoning & Innovation Overlay District/Portsmouth, Virginia" and attached <br />hereto as Exhibit A, including without limitation the parcels listed on the chart attached <br />as Exhibit B hereto as having the Proposed Zoning of NMU. <br />4. That the property affected by this ordinance by being zoned from D2FBC, <br />D2 Form -Based Code to IL, Light Industrial is described as all those parcels shown as <br />having the Proposed New Zoning of IL on that certain map titled "D2 Proposed Zoning <br />& Innovation Overlay District/Portsmouth, Virginia" and attached hereto as Exhibit A <br />(less and except those two certain parcels described in Section 5 hereof as being rezoned <br />to IL -K, Light Industrial (Conditional)), including without limitation the parcels listed on <br />the chart attached as Exhibit B hereto as having the Proposed Zoning of IL. <br />5. That the property affected by this ordinance by being zoned from D2FBC, <br />D2 Form -Based Code to IL -K, Light Industrial (Conditional) is described as (a) 1320 <br />London Boulevard, Tax Parcel 0038 -0700 and (b) 2309 High Street, Tax Parcel 0171- <br />0010. The said parcels shall be rezoned as IL -K, Light Industrial (Conditional) and shall <br />remain subject to all conditions approved as part of prior rezonings and in effect as of the <br />date of adoption of this Ordinance. <br />6. That the property affected by this ordinance by being zoned from D2FBC, <br />D2 Form -Based Code to UR, Urban Residential is described as all those parcels shown as <br />having the Proposed New Zoning of UR on that certain map titled "D2 Proposed Zoning <br />& Innovation Overlay District/Portsmouth, Virginia" and attached hereto as Exhibit A, <br />
