A <br />2020 -105 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $2,897,149 THAT WAS RESERVED BY <br />ORDINANCE 2019 -107 FROM THE FUND BALANCE OF THE GENERAL <br />FUND TO THE FY 2021 GENERAL FUND BUDGET AND TRANSFERRING <br />AND APPROPRIATING SAID $2,897,149 FROM THE FY 2021 GENERAL FUND <br />BUDGET TO THE FY 2021 PORTSMOUTH PUBLIC SCHOOLS RISK <br />MANAGEMENT FUND BUDGET. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That it appropriates the sum of $2,897,149 from the General Fund — Fund <br />Ral-rrf�- to the FY ^)())I Gone:�ral F11nd R,ide,k t <br />TI- <br />Managemerit Fund Budget. <br />3. That estimated revenues and expenditures in the FY 2021 General Fund <br />Budget are increased by $2,897,149. <br />4. That the amount appropriated to the FY 2021 PPS Risk Management Fund <br />Budget is increased by $2,897,149. <br />5. That the FY 2021 PPS Risk Management Fund approved budget and <br />appropriation is shown on Exhibit A hereto. <br />6.
