e222Q-92 <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING PROJECTS FOR ASSISTANCE IN <br />TRANSITION FROM HOMELESSNESS (PATH) PROGRAM FUNDS IN THE <br />AMOUNT OF $1,813 FROM THE VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF <br />BEHAVIORAL HEALTH AND DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES AND <br />APPROPRIATING SAID FUNDS IN THE FY 2021 GRANTS FUND FOR USE BY <br />THE DEPARTMENT OF BHS. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That it hereby accepts Projects for Assistance in Transition from <br />Homelessness (PATH) Program funds in the amount of $1,813 from the Virginia <br />Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services and appropriates said <br />funds in the FY 2021 Grants Fund. <br />2. That the funds shall be used by the Department of Behavioral Healthcare <br />Services to cover costs of staff travel and service provision under the PATH program. <br />3. That a local match in the amount of $605 in cash or in -kind services is <br />required as a condition of the funding, which match will be satisfied by funding or <br />services previously budgeted for in the FY 2021 Department of Behavioral Healthcare <br />Services Budget. <br />4. That estimated revenues and expenditures in the FY 2021 Grants Fund are <br />increased by $1,813. <br />5. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at an electronic <br />meeting held on September 22, 2020. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
