��.f:.:_ <br />7111z!m <br />AN ORDINANCE TO RE- APPROPRIATE UNEXPENDED FUNDS IN THE <br />AMOUNT OF $627,178 FROM THE FY 2020 TEXTBOOK FUND BUDGET FOR <br />THE PORTSMOUTH PUBLIC SCHOOLS TO THE FY 2021 TEXTBOOK FUND <br />BUDGET FOR THE PORTSMOUTH PUBLIC SCHOOLS. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That it appropriates the sum of $627,178 to the FY 2021 Textbook Fund <br />Budget for the Portsmouth Public Schools. <br />2. That the source of the appropriation is $7,595 in funds appropriated by the <br />Citv to the FY 2020 Textbook Fund Budget which were encumbered but not expended. <br />prior to July 1, 2020 and $619,583 in funds appropriated by the City to the 1, Y 2020 <br />Textbook Fund Budget lihiclt �icre nr itlaer ettcutilbc;td nor expended prior w Jul} 1, <br />3. That the estimated revenues and expenditures in the FY 2021 Portsmouth <br />Public Schools Textbook Fund budget are increased by $627,178. <br />4. That the revised funding appropriation for the FY 2021 Portsmouth Public <br />Schools Textbook Fund budget is as shown on Exhibit A hereto. <br />5. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at an electronic <br />meeting held on September 8, 2020. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
