j <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A GREEN STREETS, GREEN JOBS, GREEN <br />TOWNS (G3) GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $30,000 FROM THE <br />CHESAPEAKE BAY TRUST AND APPROPRIATING SAID AMOUNT IN THE <br />VPDES PERMIT COMPLIANCE LINE ITEM OF THE STORMWATER <br />CATEGORY OF THE FY 2021 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR THE <br />DEVELOPMENT OF THE DOWNTOWN STORMWATER PARK. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That no local match is required as a condition of the funding. <br />4. That estimated revenues and expenditures in the VPDES Permit <br />Compliance line item of the Stormwater Category of the FY 2021 Capital Improvement <br />Fund budget are increased by $30,000. <br />5.
