AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 10 -112 OF CHAPTER 10 OF THE <br />CODE OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA (2006), AS AMENDED, <br />TO CHANGE THE VOTING LOCATION FOR PRECINCT NUMBER 29 FROM <br />SAINT ANDREW'S UNITED METHODIST CHURCH TO WOODROW <br />WILSON HIGH SCHOOL, LOCATED AT 1401 ELMHURST LANE, AND TO <br />FORMALLY CHANGE THE NAME OF PRECINCT NUMBER 29 TO <br />" WOODROW WILSON HIGH SCHOOL ". <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That Section 10 -112 of Chapter 10 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia (2006) be amended and reordained as follows: <br />Sec. 10 -112. - Precinct No. 29. <br />"The voting place for Precinct No. 29 shall be Woodrow Wilson Him School St--. <br />A ....,..,, -..'.. r Tniteaa na,..h,.a:,... C44,.....4 at 1401 Elmhurst Lane D,..,,e..- ,...,, <br />2. That the name of Precinct No. 29 is hereby formally designated as <br />"Woodrow Wilson High School ". <br />3.
