NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br />1. That the Local Declaration is confirmed and continued and shall remain in force <br />and effect. <br />2. That within thirty days of the adoption of this ordinance City Council shall review <br />the Local Declaration again for the purpose of determining whether it should be modified, <br />continued or cancelled. <br />3. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at an electronic meeting <br />held on June 23, 2020. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
