the application is considered incomplete. If the city engineer or designee does not so notify <br />applicant, the application shall be deemed complete. <br />(b) During review of a complete application, the city engineer or designee may request <br />applicant to provide additional information which is reasonably required to the extent <br />permitted by law to determine the approvability of a permit in accordance with section 32- <br />315. <br />(c) Within 60 days of submittal of a complete application, the city engineer or designee shall, for <br />each individual permit request included in an application: (i) approve the individual permit <br />request; (ii) deny the individual permit request in writing, including a written explanation of <br />the reason[s] for denial; notify the apr1lioant in wFiting thQ-t the 'e";—, <br />exteRded by an 30 days. Except where the city and applicant have agreed upon <br />an extension, any Any-individual permit request not acted on within 60 days or such other <br />period required by federal lave shall be deemed approved. <br />Sec. 32 -317. - Applicability to co- location of small cell facilities on private property. <br />Applications for co- location of small cell facilities on structures located on private property or <br />otherwise outside the public way shall comply with the requirements of section 32 -312 <br />except that such applications shall be submitted to, and processed by, the zoning administrator. <br />Except as provided in the foregoing sentence, the provisions of this division apply only to <br />applications for permits to co- locate small cell facilities on existing structures within the public <br />way. Applications for co- location of small cell facilities on existing structures located on private <br />property or otherwise outside the public way shall be administered by the zoning administrator in <br />accordance with the requirements of state law and chapter 40.1 of the City Code. <br />DIVISION 3. - CO- LOCATION OF NON -SMALL CELL FACILITIES ON EXISTING STRUCTURES <br />Sec. 32 -329. - Materials to be submitted with application. <br />(a) When filing an application, an applicant shall submit the applicant's name and a valid <br />electronic mail address at which the applicant may be contacted; <br />(b) When filing an application, for each individual permit requested in the application the <br />applicant shall provide; <br />(1) The address and latitude /longitude of the existing structure on which the wireless <br />facility will be co- located; <br />(2) The name of the owner of the existing structure and an agreement or other evidence <br />showing the owner has granted permission to the applicant to co- locate on the existing <br />structure, which evidence may include the owner's signature on the application; <br />(3) <br />NEPA Copies of any approvals for the site granted by a federal agency. <br />including conditions imposed by that agency. <br />(4) A statement and supporting documentation confirming that the wireless facility and <br />operation thereof will not materially interfere with other pre- existing communications <br />facilities; <br />
