2019 -63 <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING FUNDING IN THE AMOUNT OF $32,250 FROM <br />THE VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH AND <br />DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES AND APPROPRIATING SAID SUM IN THE <br />FY 2020 BEHAVIORAL HEALTHCARE SERVICES FUND FOR USE BY THE <br />PORTSMOUTH DEPARTMENT OF BHS FOR MENTAL HEALTH <br />OUTPATIENT SERVICES. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That it hereby accepts funding in the amount of $32,250 from the Virginia <br />Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services and appropriates said sum <br />in the FY 2020 Behavioral Healthcare Services Fund. <br />2. That the funds shall be used by the Portsmouth Department of Behavioral <br />Healthcare Services for mental health outpatient services. <br />3. That no local match is required for the funds. <br />4. That estimated revenues and expenditures in the FY 2020 Behavioral <br />Healthcare Services Fund Budget are increased by $32,250. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on September 10, 2019. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
