ORMAN NUI 8 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $1,088,645 FROM THE WASTE <br />MANAGEMENT FUND — UNASSIGNED FUND BALANCE AND <br />TRANSFERRING THE SAID AMOUNT TO THE WASTE MANAGEMENT <br />BUILDING CONSTRUCTION PROJECT IN THE FY 2020 CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW WASTE <br />MANAGEMENT BUILDING. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That it appropriates the sum of $1,088,645 from the Waste Management <br />Fund — Unassigned Fund Balance and transfers the said amount to the waste management <br />building construction project in the FY 2020 Capital Improvement Fund Budget for the <br />construction of a new waste management building. <br />Waste Management Fund Operating Budget <br />Revenue Expenditure <br />Planned use of Fund Balance $ 1,088,645 <br />Transfer to CIP $ 1,088,645 <br />2.
