nompA.t►�!E !Q„19 -44 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE FOLLOWING BUDGET REVISIONS FOR THE PURPOSE OF PURCHASING EQUIPMENT AND VEHICLES: (1) ESTABLISHING A PROJECT TITLED "PUBLIC UTILITIES EQUIPMENT AND VEHICLES" IN THE FY 2019 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND AND TRANSFERRING $432,941 AND $30,821, RESPECTIVELY, FROM THE "CAPITAL EQUIPMENT" AND "CAPITAL VEHICLES" CATEGORIES OF THE FY 2019 PUBLIC UTILITIES FUND BUDGET INTO SAID PROJECT; AND (2) ESTABLISHING A PROJECT TITLED "WASTE MANAGEMENT EQUIPMENT AND VEHICLES" IN THE FY 2019 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND AND TRANSFERRING THE ENTIRE BALANCE OF $1,188,072 FROM THE "CAPITAL EQUIPMENT" AND "CAPITAL VEHICLES" CATEGORIES OF THE FY 2019 WASTE MANAGEMENT FUND BUDGET INTO SAID PROJECT. BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: 1. That it establishes a new project in the FY 2019 Capital Improvement Fund titled "Public Utilities Equipment and Vehicles ", with $463,762 Revenue - Transfers from Public Utility Operating Fund and $463,762 Appropriations - Capital Equipment. 2. That it transfers $432,941 and $30,821, respectively, from the "Capital Equipment" and "Capital Vehicles" categories of the FY 2019 Public Utilities Fund budget to the line item - Transfer to Public Utility CIP within the same fund. 3. That it establishes a new project in the FY 2019 Capital Improvement Fund titled "Waste Management Equipment and Vehicles with $1,188,072 Revenue - Transfers from Waste Management Operating Fund and $1,188,072 Appropriations - Capital Equipment. 4. That it transfers the entire balance of $1,188,072 from the "Capital Equipment" and "Capital Vehicles" categories of the FY 2019 Waste Management Fund budget to the line item - Transfer to Waste Management CIP within the same fund 5. That estimated revenues and expenditures in the "Public Utilities Equipment and Vehicles" category of the FY 2019 Capital Improvement Fund budget are increased by $463,762. 6. That estimated revenues and expenditures in the "Waste Management Equipment and Vehicles" category of the FY 2019 Capital Improvement Fund budget are increased by $1,188,072. 7. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption.
