nompA.t►�!E !Q„19 -44 <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE FOLLOWING BUDGET REVISIONS <br />FOR THE PURPOSE OF PURCHASING EQUIPMENT AND VEHICLES: (1) <br />ESTABLISHING A PROJECT TITLED "PUBLIC UTILITIES EQUIPMENT AND <br />VEHICLES" IN THE FY 2019 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND AND <br />TRANSFERRING $432,941 AND $30,821, RESPECTIVELY, FROM THE <br />"CAPITAL EQUIPMENT" AND "CAPITAL VEHICLES" CATEGORIES OF THE <br />FY 2019 PUBLIC UTILITIES FUND BUDGET INTO SAID PROJECT; AND (2) <br />ESTABLISHING A PROJECT TITLED "WASTE MANAGEMENT EQUIPMENT <br />AND VEHICLES" IN THE FY 2019 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND AND <br />TRANSFERRING THE ENTIRE BALANCE OF $1,188,072 FROM THE <br />"CAPITAL EQUIPMENT" AND "CAPITAL VEHICLES" CATEGORIES OF THE <br />FY 2019 WASTE MANAGEMENT FUND BUDGET INTO SAID PROJECT. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That it establishes a new project in the FY 2019 Capital Improvement Fund <br />titled "Public Utilities Equipment and Vehicles ", with $463,762 Revenue - Transfers from <br />Public Utility Operating Fund and $463,762 Appropriations - Capital Equipment. <br />2. That it transfers $432,941 and $30,821, respectively, from the "Capital <br />Equipment" and "Capital Vehicles" categories of the FY 2019 Public Utilities Fund budget <br />to the line item - Transfer to Public Utility CIP within the same fund. <br />3. That it establishes a new project in the FY 2019 Capital Improvement Fund <br />titled "Waste Management Equipment and Vehicles with $1,188,072 Revenue - Transfers <br />from Waste Management Operating Fund and $1,188,072 Appropriations - Capital <br />Equipment. <br />4. That it transfers the entire balance of $1,188,072 from the "Capital <br />Equipment" and "Capital Vehicles" categories of the FY 2019 Waste Management Fund <br />budget to the line item - Transfer to Waste Management CIP within the same fund <br />5. That estimated revenues and expenditures in the "Public Utilities <br />Equipment and Vehicles" category of the FY 2019 Capital Improvement Fund budget are <br />increased by $463,762. <br />6. That estimated revenues and expenditures in the "Waste Management <br />Equipment and Vehicles" category of the FY 2019 Capital Improvement Fund budget are <br />increased by $1,188,072. <br />7. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br />
