IT BEING that certain property conveyed to ABS <br />LINOS VA, INC. by Special Warranty Deed from <br />Crawford First Education, Inc. dated October 11, <br />2011 and recorded in the Portsmouth Circuit Court <br />Clerk's Office as Instrument Number 110009791. <br />927 Crawford Street <br />(Tax Parcel 0026 -0870) <br />ALL THAT certain lot of land, with its <br />appurtenances, situate in the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, and bounded and described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a point on the South side of <br />Crawford Parkway (formerly "A" Street) one <br />hundred and sixty -eight and one -half (168 '' /z) feet <br />East of the Southeast intersection of Hatton and <br />Crawford Parkway, and from thence running East <br />along Crawford Parkway forty -two (42) feet; thence <br />South, parallel with Hatton Street, one hundred <br />sixteen (116) feet; thence West, parallel with <br />Crawford Parkway, forty -two (42) feet; and thence <br />North, parallel with Hatton Street, one hundred <br />sixteen (116) feet to the point of beginning. <br />IT BEING Parcel I of that certain property <br />conveyed to ABS LINOS VA, Inc. by Special <br />Warranty Deed from Harbor Point Behavioral <br />Health Center, Inc. dated October 24, 2011 and <br />recorded in the Portsmouth Circuit Court Clerk's <br />Office as Instrument Number 110009792. <br />3. That the use permit is approved subject to the following conditions which <br />shall be observed by the applicant and any successor in interest: <br />(a) All licenses required to operate an adult day care facility shall be obtained <br />and maintained from the Virginia Department of Social Services and any <br />other appropriate licensure organizations. <br />(b) The occupant loads of the facilities at 230 Fort Lane, 927 Crawford <br />Parkway, and 231 Hatton Street, including staff and clients, shall be <br />determined by the Building Official. <br />(c) The approved use shall not be established at 230 Fort Lane, 927 Crawford <br />Parkway, or 231 Hatton Street, respectively, until a Certificate of <br />Occupancy has been issued for the applicable property. <br />
