IR nw2018 -35 <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $431,621,790 FOR THE OPERATION OF CITY <br />GOVERNMENT DURING THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 19 2018 <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That the Fiscal Year 2019 Operating Budget for the City of Portsmouth, Virginia is <br />hereby approved. <br />2.
