ORDINANCE 2018 <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND AND REORDAIN CHAPTER 2 OF THE CODE <br />OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA (2006) BY DELETING ARTICLE <br />XIX (CRANEY ISLAND STUDY COMMISSION) IN ITS ENTIRETY. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That Chapter 2 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia (2006) is <br />hereby amended and reordained by deleting Article XIX (Craney Island Study <br />Commission) in its entirety, as shown on Exhibit A hereto. <br />2. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held <br />on February 27, 2018. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
