ORDINANCE 2018 -116 <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 10 -107 OF CHAPTER 10 OF THE <br />CODE OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA (2006), AS AMENDED, <br />TO CHANGE THE VOTING LOCATION FOR PRECINCT NUMBER 24 FROM <br />WILLETT HALL TO THE SENIOR STATION, LOCATED AT 3500 CLIFFORD <br />STREET, AND TO FORMALLY CHANGE THE NAME OF PRECINCT <br />NUMBER 24 TO "THE SENIOR STATION ". <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That Section 10 -107 of Chapter 10 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia (2006) be amended and reordained as follows: <br />Sec. 10 -107. - Precinct No. 24. <br />The voting place for Precinct No. 24 shall be at AWilloo Rall The Senior Station <br />at r`AAAp3500 Clifford Street. <br />2. That the name of Precinct No. 24 is hereby formally designated as "The <br />Senior Station ". <br />3. That this ordinance shall take effect immediately on the date of its <br />adoption. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held <br />on December 11, 2018. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
