UP -17 -12 <br />2115 High Street <br />(Tax Parcel 0171 -0160) <br />ALL THAT certain lot, piece or parcel of land, <br />lying, situate and being in the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, and being known, numbered and <br />designated as Parcel B, as shown on that certain plat <br />entitled, "Minor Resubdivision of Property of <br />Westview Building Corporation, Located at #2111 & <br />#2115 High Street, Portsmouth, Virginia ", dated <br />June 19, 1990, prepared by Hoggard /Eure Associates <br />as recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court <br />of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, in Map Book 15, <br />at page 43. <br />BEING the property conveyed to Bountiful <br />Blessings Day Care, LLC by Deed from GHH <br />Loudoun High LLC dated August 1, 2016 and <br />recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Portsmouth <br />Circuit Court as Instrument Number 160007547. <br />3. That the use permit is approved subject to the following conditions which <br />shall be observed by the applicant and any successor in interest: <br />(a) Occupancy of the child day care center shall be limited to no more than <br />fifty (50) children. The facility shall not provide care for infants (children <br />under the age of 2 'h years). <br />(b) The days and hours of operation for the child day care activities shall be <br />limited to Monday through Friday no earlier than 6:00 a.m. and no later <br />than 6:00 p.m. <br />(c) Outdoor play shall be limited to Monday through Friday no earlier than <br />8:00 a.m. to no later than 6:00 p.m. The proposed outdoor play area shall <br />comply with Portsmouth City Code Section 40.1- 4.3(B)(1)(iii). <br />(d) The proposed parking area shall comply with Portsmouth City Code <br />Section 40.1- 4.3(B)(1)(iv). The applicant shall maintain at least seventeen <br />(17) off - street parking spaces for the drop- off /pick -up of children and staff <br />parking. The spaces shall be configured so that children do not have to <br />cross vehicular travelways to enter or exit the child day care center <br />facility. Any reduction in parking spaces may result in a reduction in the <br />number of children allowed. <br />
