(a) Adequate on- street parking exists within 800 linear feet from the primary <br />entrance of the proposed development; <br />(b) The developer plans on utilizing on- street parking; and <br />(c) There is no negative impact to existing or planned traffic circulation <br />patterns or on- street parking demand. <br />(N) Vehicular Circulation <br />(1) Stacking Spaces for Drive- through and Related Uses <br />(a) In addition to meeting the off- street parking standards in Tables 40.1 - <br />5.1(E)(2), Off - Street Parking Standards and 40.1- 5.1(E)(4), D2 Parking <br />Requirements, uses with drive - through facilities and other auto - oriented <br />uses where vehicles queue up to access a service facility shall provide the <br />minimum number of stacking/standing spaces established in Table 40.1 - <br />5.1(N)(1), Required Stacking/Standing Spaces. <br />(b) The entrance to any building with a bay (i.e. car wash, auto shop, etc.) <br />shall be located to allow the required stacking/standing distance without <br />encroaching on public right -of -way. <br />(e) Stacking spaces shall be provided between the drive - through window <br />and the menu board. Additional spaces shall be provided past the menu <br />board to allow for stacking.
