, NE No 2017 -62 <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING FUNDING IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,054 FROM <br />THE VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH AND <br />DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES AND APPROPRIATING SAID FUNDS IN THE <br />FY 2018 BEHAVIORAL HEALTHCARE SERVICES FUND FOR USE BY THE <br />DEPARTMENT OF BHS FOR DAILY LIVING ACTIVITIES (DLA) 20 <br />FUNCTIONAL ASSESSMENT TRAINING. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That it hereby accepts funding in the amount of $1,054 from the Virginia <br />Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services and appropriates said <br />funds in the FY 2018 Behavioral Healthcare Services Fund. <br />2. That the funds shall be used by the Department of Behavioral Healthcare <br />Services for Daily Living Activities (DLA) 20 Functional Assessment Training. <br />3. That no local match is required as a condition of the funding. <br />4. That estimated revenues and expenditures in the FY 2018 Behavioral <br />Healthcare Services Fund are increased by $1,054. <br />5. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on July 25, 2017. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
