R-16-22 <br />A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE FY 2017 PERFORMANCE CONTRACT <br />FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTHCARE SERVICES. <br />WHEREAS, the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental <br />Services annually issues a performance contract to each local community services board <br />(CSB) specifying the services to be rendered by the CSB for the next fiscal year relative to <br />funding budgeted; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Portsmouth must approve the Portsmouth Department of <br />Behavioral Healthcare Services' FY 2017 Performance Contract in order to receive funding <br />from the Commonwealth. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia that it hereby approves the Portsmouth Department of Behavioral <br />Healthcare Services' FY 2017 Performance Contract. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on July 26, 2016. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
